Efficiency and Transparency
Our legal services are based on fee agreements which refer to the time required and the added value for our clients. Our hourly fees offer you a transparent overview of the costs and enable you to keep costs under control.
In accordance with the understandable viewpoint of our clients, we consider the traditional fee arrange-ments stipulated by the German Lawyers' Fee Act (RVG) to be neither transparent nor value-oriented. By virtue of the flat fees secured by said statutory regulations, which are independent of the time and effort involved, lawyers are not encouraged to provide service-oriented or dedicated service. However, in court proceedings, we may not undercut the mandatory RVG fees.
